Ahle Hadees Rishtey Is A Matrimonial Service For Adults. Protecting Children Is Non-Negotiable. This Page Explains Our Standards And How To Report A Concern.

Ahle Hadees Rishtey Has Zero Tolerance For Child Sexual Abuse And Exploitation (CSAE) And Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Any Such Content Or Behaviour Leads To Immediate Removal And Reporting To The Authorities.

2. Adults Only

  • The Service Is Only For Adults Aged 18 Or Over Who Are Seeking Marriage.
  • Date Of Birth Is Collected At Sign-Up And Checked; Members Below The Minimum Age Cannot Register.
  • Profiles Of Minors Are Removed As Soon As We Find Or Are Told About Them.
  • Google Play Also Restricts Our App From Minors.

3. How We Prevent It

  • Every Photo Is Reviewed By Our Team Before It Goes Live.
  • Members Can Block And Report Any Profile Or Message.
  • Every Report Is Reviewed By Our Team.

4. How To Report

We Act On Child Safety Reports As Fast As Possible.

5. What We Do

  • Remove The Content And The Account Immediately.
  • Preserve Evidence As Required By Law.
  • Report To The Relevant Authorities - In India, The National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) And The Police Under The POCSO Act; For Other Countries, The Relevant Local Authority Or NCMEC.

6. Compliance

We Comply With Applicable Child Safety Laws, Including India's Protection Of Children From Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 And The Information Technology Act, 2000, And With Google Play's Child Safety Policies.
